Nicely appointed and well-maintained place all in all, has top-class staff from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed my room - a nice size in online photos. The location is perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Congress Avenue Bridge. What's more, it's in a large grassy area close to restaurant leading to patio, Austin Convention Center, and other hotspots.

Wonderful pet-friendly hotel with good-sized and top-notch rooms. Location - marvellous close enough to a party area as well as the Van Zandt in notably stark contrast to IHG's other downtown Austin four-star property, the InterContinental Stephen F.

Really great overall experience. Wonderful and clean hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff and lovely views of downtown and the river. Amazing, favourable location right by bars, restaurants, and food trucks, night life and the Van Zandt in notably stark contrast to IHG's other downtown Austin four-star property. Nearby Container Bar - great place to chill out.

Really enjoyed the a double room overlooking the lake. The location was unbeatable, for example, Children's Museum was not too far away from the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and very very helpful and gave us good recommendations.

Truly a comfy hotel. Marvellous location next to Rainey St bars, big office buildings in downtown Austin and nature as well as the endless shopping and bars in a vibrant area. For shots visit Bungalow, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue. What a super-friendly staff.
